A new smartphone application that claims to improve lead generation is now available to real estate professionals who use Android devices. The Real Estate Pocket Coach app offers scripts, dialogs, forms, and follow-up strategies for agents looking to win listings from investors, pick up for-sale-by-owner properties, take on expired listings, and interact at open house events. “Agents need something they can reference when they are in the field,” explains app developer Jim Remley. “Using the Real Estate Pocket Coach, they can find an appropriate script on the fly. Why wait until you get back to the office?” The app can be accessed at no cost at the Android Marketplace and also will be offered soon on iTunes for Apple devices.
